(1) Upon the order of special punishment given by the officer authorized to order departmental punishment in accordance with sub-section (1) or (2) of clause (b) of section 72, such an employee shall act in accordance with sub-section (1) of section 69 of the Civil Service Act, 2049. Can appeal to the court.
(2) If an employee's service is reinstated as a result of the final decision of the appeal in accordance with this section, his/her employment shall not be terminated if he/she fails to appear within three months from the date of notification of such decision.
(3) If the appellant wishes, he or his heirs may sit on the date and have the arguments presented by a legal practitioner.
